Both the pharmacy and the insurance have to end up calling the urgent care themselves to try to get them to fix it. She took into consideration that pharmacies were closed and proactively gave our son a dose of antibiotics until we could get his medication in the morning. Exactly, 15 min later, the doctor came in, introduced herself to all of us, and proceeded to examine my son.
She efficiently took his vitals and history and then explained to us the wait time(2 patients in front of us), and she assured us it would be 15 min. The nurse came in almost immediately and engaged with my 11 yr old son professionally and sympathetically as he discussed his ear pain. But this not the case, we were greeted by a friendly receptionist res[onsibly wearing a mask and taken directly to an exam room.
